If using a Payment Gateway (online credit card transactions), Payment Transactions provides a list of all credit card transactions made through ResPax and ResWeb applications. This document explains how to Search by Payment ID and/or Transaction Date. From this list you have the option to See Details or View Booking and edit if required.

Step-by-step guide to Search Payment Transactions.

  1. From System Settings menu, select Payment Transactions

  2. Add Payment ID if known

  3. Add Date From and To

  4. Click Search

  5. Click See Details for applicable Payment Transaction

  6. Click View Booking for applicable Payment Transaction to edit further
