Summary
Wherewolf is an advanced digital waiver solution purpose-built for tour and activity operators.
ResPax has integrated to the Wherewolf system as our first solution for Waivers. This enables tour operators to send custom guest waiver(s) without manual intervention.
The Waiver content is managed in the Wherewolf portal and does not require a login to ResPax to be maintained by the Operators operational or marketing teams.
There is configuration required in the Wherewolf Portal

You can signup and follow the step-by-step wizard to configure it yourself

Wherewolf's onboarding team will manage the design and configuration of the clients waiver.
Wherewolf obtain confirmation from the client to share guest data from WhereWolf to ResPax over the integration.
Wherewolf link the Clients Account to the ResPax App
Wherewolf contact ResPax providing the Wherewolf app id and in return ResPax provide Wherewolf with the Operator's RON host id.
As a New Account holder, Wherewolf will take you through their step by step Wizard
Then follow the 11-step waiver creation wizard by adding mandatory or optional questions
Edit existing Waiver questions is done from the Waiver Builder
Update colours and images from Settings/Branding
Add more Activities (ResPax Tour Codes) from Settngs/Activities
Change which Email communications you wish to send, from Settings/Emails
There is configuration required by ResPax Staff to enable the WhereWolf Module
Once the Wherewolf system is ready, ResPax will turn on the Waiver feature.

There are 5 main touch points in ResPax
A Staff user with appropriate permissions to edit User Groups, can enable the Third Party Apps option.
A Staff user with Third Party App User-Group permissions can access the Waiver settings within a new menu called Tools / Third Party Apps
With the Waivers (Wherewolf) Third Party App enabled, a new Tour option is visible for selection in Tour Maintenance (set per tour, on the Advanced tab)
From the Dashboard, if a Tour has waivers enabled, then a Waiver Column is displayed with the status of each booking’s Waiver.
From the Guest Profiles, all Received Waivers can be accessed from the Uploads tab
Usage
Example: A tour with 2 departure times. It is not operating on Friday 8th March, or Sunday 10th March, or Wednesday 13th March. This is the RBE Tour Availability view
This is the OBE calendar view from the Tour List AND the Booking Form when Available Dates Only is enabled
This is the default month to month view on the calendar for this tour’s availability if the option is disabled.

Step-by-step guide to enabling the Next 7 days calendar view
Origins (Quick Ref : Tours / Maintenance / Advanced Tab / Available Dates Only)
From the main menu, click Tours
Click Tour Maintenance
2. Search or filter the Tour list to locate the tour you wish to update
Click on applicable Tour Code
Go to the Advanced Tab, and to the Options Card
Enable the ‘Show Available Dates’ option
Tour availability can hinge on many factors including the following:
Free Sell at the top level or component level
Resources set at the top level per departure time
Component availability (bubble up of lowest component)
Availability set per day of the week or date
Site default offsets or calendar start dates
Tour Expiry restricting a number of hours prior to the departure time
Staff expiry versus public/agent web expiry
