Guest Options available in OBE

Below is an overview of all features and options available to guests once they are logged into the ResPax system, including booking management and profile updates.

 

  1. Guests can update their account details by navigating to their login name and selecting the My Account option.

  1. Guests will have access to the My Bookings and My Account page.

My Bookings

  • Guests can view their list of bookings, check booking details, and download the Passenger Confirmation report via the Download button.

  • Guests can create a New Booking by clicking on the New Booking button, they are then redirected to the Tour Listing page, where available tours are displayed based on the URL accessed.

  • When creating a new booking the Guest details are automatically pre-filled using the information from their contact details.

My Account

  • Guests can manage and update their account details.

Contact Details - basic guest information is displayed:

  1. First Name and Last Name (mandatory) are automatically filled based on the details provided during sign-up.

  2. Email Address is pre-filled from the sign-up details and is not editable (greyed out).

  3. Mobile Number is a required field, and changes cannot be saved unless this field is completed.

  4. Other fields in the form are optional.

Address - All address fields are optional, and they integrate with Google Maps for easy auto-filling.

Personal Information - additional personal details can be provided, though all fields are optional. These fields are customized (refer to Lookups for more details), and specific terminology is applied (see Website Lingo for further information).

Membership - certain membership-related fields are visible to guests but cannot be edited (greyed out).

The Save button under the My Account tabs is disabled by default and will only become active once changes have been made.
