Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard is a centralised feature which lets you easily manage tour availability for multiple tours and bookings in the one place, helping you stay organized and efficient.

The main features are:

Navigating the Dashboard

From the Main Menu click on Dashboard.

  • Tour Code is where the tours will display (Click on Tour Code to sort the tours by alphabetical order or in reverse)

  • Tour Time is where the tour times will display (Click on Tour Time to sort the times by Ascending or Descending).

  • The Day and Date are displayed for the tours

  • Tick the checkbox labeled "Show Disabled Times" if you wish to display the disabled times for the tours.

  • Click the arrow next to 'Rows Per Page' to adjust the number of tours displayed per page, allowing you to either increase or decrease the number of visible tours.

  • Click on the numbers to navigate between pages

  • Click in the Type-Ahead Search to find a single tour. (Note: Search by Tour Code).

  • If the tour is Free Sell, the tour will display and you can manage existing bookings from here, however you will not be able to modify availability, you will need to do this from Tour Maintenance.

  • You can search for Routes in Dashboard

  • Accommodation is not available but there is a feature coming soon.

  • Click in the 'Days To View' field to select the number of days you want to display for the tour(s) on the one page (choices range from 3 to 15 days).

  • Click in the "Date From" field to set the starting date, or use the arrows to move the date range forward or backward.

  • Click in the 'All Categories' field to filter the tours by Tour Category. For more details about Tour Categories, click here.

  • When the tour is sold out (no availability), the icon has a red background.

  • When the tour has 5 or less seats remaining, the icon has an orange background

  • When the tour has more than 5 seats remaining, the icon has a green background

UDF resources are not visible from the Dashboard. If a tour has User Defined Passenger availability set to "Separate Availability," you will need to view this information on the Tour Availability tab within Tour Maintenance for that specific tour. Click here to learn more.
