Schedule Log

Overview

The Schedule Log records a history of the Schedulers executed by the system for both email and SMS.

Instructions

  1. From the main menu, click Guests > Connect.

  2. Click on the Schedule Log tab.

  • The Schedule Log shows the latest run scheduled tasks.

  • Tasks are executed every 15 minutes, which check all schedules for any messages that can be sent. The results are listed in the Schedule Log with how many messages (comms) were sent.

  • Below is a sample Schedule Log.

At 0341 the scheduled job was checked and the criteria did not match any bookings.

At 0356, the same scheduled job was checked where it sent an email to 1 recipient as the criteria matched the booked.
