How to redeem a Gift Certificate online (OBE)

Overview
Gift Certificates can be purchased and redeemed online (OBE) by consumers and agents.
Gift Certificates must be configured before they can be purchased and redeemed. Click here to learn how.
Instructions
The recipient would have received an email with a Gift Code and a link in the email titled My Gift Certificate to redeem the Gift.
Once the recipient clicks on the My Gift Certificate Link they will be redirected to URL page where they would need to enter their Gift Code.
Click on the Redeem button
Confirm not a robot.
The Tour that was purchased will populate and the recipient can choose the date they wish to travel.
Note
If the recipient wishes to add additional guests to the tour or add any extras which wasn't included in the original gift purchase, they will be able to, however they will have to pay the additional cost at the checkout page.
The Booking price will display a subtotal of $0.00 (when no extra pax or items have been added). The title Gift Certificate will show how many pax were included in the purchased gift.
To finalise the booking the recipient needs to fill out their name, email address and mobile. Address is optional. Confirm Booking to Proceed.
Note
Payment is not Required because its a Gift
The Total for the tour will display 0.00
If additional Pax or Extras have been added outside of the original gift purchase then payment would be required.
