Fixes

  • Discounts were being applied to Agent Bookings after the commission was calculated instead of before (in OBE for Agent Logins)

  • Voided payment lines were set as “Manually approved” and being incorrectly included as revenue earned

  • The Subscribe “Opt-in” flag was not being saved when using Paypal payments

  • The Availability was not being shown on the Suggested Tours pop-up window (spinning icon now removed)

  • Only show the Suggested Tours pop-up when there is one item in the cart. It was previously showing every time including after booking the Suggested tour

  • When the “Zero Price allowed” option was enabled on a tour, the booking form would not ask for a payment, even if the price was not zero

 Improvements

  • In Bookings List, Tour List , Quote List,  and the Booking form dropdown, you can now hide tours based on User Groups

  • In Tour Maintenance, when adding a tour to Package_Components and Package_Extras, the defaults time, basis and subbasis were not automatically set, and now they are.

  • In Tour Maintenance, there was no cursor or active field set when opening a form, resulting in missed keystrokes or one extra mouse click per window required

  • If an extra has no availability, it is now greyed out so it cannot be selected

  • Improved error messaging when credit card details are incorrectly entered in the Checkout

  • Trailing spaces in first and last names are automatically removed

  • Term ‘Leg 1’ starts at the first editable component, not at the top level ticket

  • Ability to re-use the traveller names from tour booking 1, when continuing shopping on tour booking 2

  • Fixed : Extras that had components were not having the availability checked on the extras component, and not writing the extras component to the database

  • Fixed : Browser auto-filled names had a space after first name generating a field validation error
