ResPax Quote Forms can be used to request a quote with Tour and Accommodation Operators using the ResPax system.
Users can request an account prior to submitting a request by directly contacting the operator and asking, or
Users can also continue as a guest, and a profile will be created on your first request.

Instructions:

Step-by-step guide to submitting, reviewing and accepting quotes with a ResPax Operator.
Under normal circumstances, the Operator will send the consumer or agent a direct link to the quote site, with prefilled Area and Address to filter the applicable activities.
However, the public may get to the quote form from generic website links also.

Request Quote
- Complete all four steps on the quote form.
- Mandatory fields have an Asterix ( * ) next to the label
- Mandatory fields are outlined in red if missed

Step 1. (Activity Details)
- Choose Area and Address
- Choose one or more listed Activities or fill in the Other text box

Step 2. (Date of Activity)
- Choose the date range for your preferred activities
- Choose the From and To times for your preferred activities

Step 3. (Group Details)
- Add number of Adults and children
- Add Primary Contact details
- Add name of school or company (optional)
- Add address

Step 4. (Additional Information)
- Add a comment (optional)
- Choose Next

Step 5. (Confirm Details)
- Review you quote
- Submit Quote

- Confirmation is Displayed

Step 6. (Operator reviews your request)
Once you have submitted the quote request, a representative from the Operator will review it and contact you directly, or return the quote with:
- proposed dates and times and
- dollar amount and
- login details for you to login and adjust or accept the quote

 

Step 7. (Accept the quote)
Once the request has been quoted, you can review and accept it.
Open the Quote

Check that the dates, times and price are agreeable.

Choose Next

If you have made changes, then choose Send Changes
If you want to accept the quote as is, then choose Accept Quote

Step 8. (Pay for your booking)
After you accept the quote, the Operator will send you a Booking Confirmation Number and an invoice to pay or a Credit Card Payment link that will expire after 24 hours.
