Unarchive Booking

It is a common practice after tours have departed to run a QA on the bookings for the day. ResPax provides a Financial Archive to mark payments or bookings as QA’d, then archive the booking(s) and lastly export the archived bookings; formatted for your Accounting package of choice (MYOB, XERO, Attache).
Once a booking is archived, no further changes can be made to the booking.
If a late change needs to be made, then either a specific booking number can be un-archived, or an entire Archive set can be un-archived.
This requires elevated permissions to the Financials tool.

Instructions

Step-by-step guide to unarchiving booking(s)

(Navigation : Tools / Financials )

  1. From the main menu, click Tools

  2. Click the Financials menu

     

  3. Select the Unarchive tab

Unarchive Single Booking

  1. To Unarchive a single booking, enter the Booking Confirmation number

  2. Click the Unarchive one button

  3. A successful message will appear to confirm the booking was unarchived

  4. If the booking could not be unarchived, an error will be displayed

Unarchive all bookings in an archive

  1. To Unarchive all bookings in an archive, enter the Archive number

  2. Click the Unarchive all button

  3. A successful message will appear to confirm all bookings from the archive number were unarchived

  4. If the archive could not be unarchived, an error will be displayed
