Add a GST Lookup

Lookups are lists created and maintained by a Staff User. Once created, they can be used as type-ahead and dropdown lists throughout ResPax booking forms and maintenance screens.

Step-by-step guide to adding GST Lookups

GST Matrix (Quick Ref : Settings / Lookups / GST Matrix / Add GST Range)

1. From the main menu, click Settings

2. Click the Lookups menu

   Open

   

   Select the GST Matrix tab

3. Open

   

   To add a GST Matrix, click on the Add GST Range button

4. Add the From Date, To Date and GST percentage value between 0 and 100.
   The Financial Entity is optional
   Click on the Save button

    

5. By default the Hide expired checkbox is ticked so GST Matrices for past dates will not be shown in the List View. Deselecting the checkbox will show all dates.

6. To view the existing GST Matrices for a specific Financial Entity, choose the Financial Entity Name from the dropdown list, and click on Apply Filters
   
   

7. To show only GST Matrixes within a certain date range, enter the From Date and the To Date, and click on Apply Filters

8. The Date column and the Financial Entity column can also be sorted by clicking on the column headers (titles) DATE and FINANCIAL ENTITY. The currently sorted column has a blue title as shown with DATE below.
