Add Origins (countries) Lookup

Lookups are lists created and maintained by a Staff User. Once created, they can be used as type-ahead and dropdown lists throughout ResPax booking forms and maintenance screens. The Origin list comes with a default set of Countries with no preference in order. A Staff User can delete a country if it has never been used in a booking. This list can be completely replaced with custom data if you want to use Origins for something other than Countries, or you can add origins and give them a preferential order so they appear at the top of the list.

This is the only Lookup for Countries. You cannot replace the contents of this lookup list and also have access to list countries as well.

Step-by-step guide to adding Origin Lookups

Origins (Quick Ref : System Settings / Lookups / Origins / Add)

  1. From the main menu, click System Settings

  2. Click the Lookups menu

     

  3. Select the Origins tab

  4. To add an Origin, click on the Add Origin button

  5. Add the Name and Order value.
    The order can be 0 or above.
    Click on the Save button

There are no filters or search option for Origins in the List view.
